Job description


Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Receive customers flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight Operations department
  • Arrange additional services upon customers’ requests
  • Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Make sure that every process is timely completed
  • Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
  • Permanently liaise with customers and company departments
  • Whenever required, establish quotes and confirmation of flights


Candidate’s profile and prerequisites


  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Swiss citizen or EU/EAA
  • Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trustworthy relationship with customers; positive telephone demeanour
  • Customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the service industry with high-end clientele
  • Flexible with working hours, willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis
  • Previous experience within the business aviation domain is a must

Job description


Main tasks in coordination with CAM:

  • Coordination of line maintenance (including issuance of PO).
  • Post-maintenance paperwork checking against regulations and Company policies.
  • Monitor CAMP task updates.
  • Airframe, engines and APU logbook updates.
  • ATL processing.
  • SB control and recording.
  • AMP effectiveness.
  • Liaise with OEM and maintenance providers.
  • Manual distribution (e.g.: revised MEL, AMP, CAME, etc.).


Candidate’s profile and prerequisites


  • Knowledge of EASA regulations in particular Part-M/Part-CAMO/Part 145.
  • In possession of a relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with minimum of two years relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and consistent positive attitude.
  • Ability to control and develop Manuals and other controlled documents (AMP, MEL).
  • Knowledge of MPD software environment (CAMP).

Job description


Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Issue short and medium-term maintenance schedule and forecast.
  • Ensure all maintenance is conducted in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Develop and amend CAME, Minimum Equipment List, and Aircraft Maintenance Programs.
  • Control, monitor on a regular basis and implement AD’s raised against airframe, engines and appliance. 
  • Control, assess and implement airframe, engines, and appliance SB’s.
  • Vetting of maintenance invoices.
  • Liaise with OEM manufacturers, maintenance providers and authorities.
  • Ensure record keeping in conformity with published rules.
  • Initiate the airworthiness review or perform the airworthiness review to issue an ARC or send the recommendation to the aircraft state of registry.


Candidate’s profile and prerequisites


  • At least five years relevant work experience of which at least two years should be in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position. 
  • Deep knowledge of EASA regulations in particular Part-M/Part-CAMO/Part 145.
  • In possession of a relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and consistent positive attitude.
  • Managing experience for the continued development of the CAMO team.
  • Experience with business jets appreciated.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Resident in Malta but available for some travelling.
  • Position is subject to approval from Authority.
