For our Geneva based office, we are currently seeking a Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) 50–80% to join our Training Department team.


In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and enhancing training programs across our versatile and modern fleet, operating under two AOCs (Swiss and Maltese). With access to cutting-edge tools such as Web Manuals, Centrik, Leon and Flyco, you will lead a dedicated team and ensure adherence to EASA regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training plans
  • Oversee and edit the Operations Manual Part D to ensure alignment with EASA regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of TRIs, Training Captains, ground instructors and assistants
  • Foster strong partnerships with ATOs and ensure smooth collaboration
  • Leverage advanced training tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as the primary contact for all training-related matters within the organization
  • Track pilots’ documentation and qualifications


Qualifications and Experience:


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Flight Operations or Training Management role
  • Strong knowledge of EASA regulations
  • Familiarity with SMS and compliance auditing
  • Proven experience in creating training plans and updating Operations Manual Part D
  • Holds or has previously held an EASA ATPL, ideally with a TRI qualification
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to guide and motivate a small team of instructors and assistants
  • Experience working with ATOs and managing training approval processes
  • Swiss or EU citizenship
  • Living in the Geneva area or willing to permanently relocate

Albinati Aeronautics, a well-established Geneva-based business aviation company holding two AOCs – Swiss and Maltese – active in aircraft management, charter operations, and sales & acquisition of business jets with a diverse fleet of aircraft, is recruiting a motivated and experienced Falcon 7X Captain.
Base (crew and aircraft): Lugano-Agno, Switzerland.


Candidate’s prerequisites:


  • Valid EASA‐FCL ATPL
  • Valid EASA‐MED Class 1 medical certificate
  • Current Falcon 7X/8X type rating considered an asset
  • Minimum 500 h PIC time on large business jets
  • Minimum 3,000 h total time MPA
  • Fluent in Italian and English 
  • EU or Swiss citizen
  • Living close to Lugano or willing to permanently relocate ; this is not a commuting contract
