Our History
Stefano Albinati founded Albinati Aeronautics in 2001 with the goal to offer business and discerning travellers a truly independent service. Today, our 140-strong family remains faithful to its roots, motivated above all by a passion for aviation excellence.

Albinati Aeronautics is founded
2005
Our Swiss AOC n° 1036 is delivered by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation and 3 jets are acquired
2009
IS-BAO Stage 1 achieved
2010
USA FAR – PART 129 achieved
2012
We begin offering 24/7 service
2013
IS-BAO Stage II achieved. Albinati Aviation Ltd is founded
2014
Malta AOC – CAT II certification achieved
2015
We expand to 18 jets and 115 employees
2016
Part NCC – our fleet grows to 20 jets
2017
Establishment of Albinati Aviation Ltd subsidiary in Italy (Torino)
2018
Largest fleet of Bombardier Global jets in Switzerland. Our team grows to 130+ employees
2019
Achieve ARGUS Platinum certification
2020

Our fleet extends to 25 jets, including 3 Global 7500

First Swiss commercial operator of 2 Pilatus PC-12 and 2 Pilatus PC-24

Established in 2013, Albinati Aeronautics’ sister company Albinati Aviation Ltd, based in Malta, operates and charters business jets registered under our Maltese AOC, enabling our clients to operate their jets for commercial operations in the European Community.
