Albinati Aeronautics is a Geneva-based business aviation company holding both Swiss and Maltese Air Operator Certificates, with 25 years of experience managing an international fleet of over 20 business jets. We are looking for a Charter Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This is a demanding, client-facing role requiring the ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional and solution-oriented approach. We are looking to hear from candidates who meet the following criteria:

Candidate’s profile and prerequisites

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business-aviation-related charter sales.
• Working knowledge of charter management systems (e.g., Leon, Avinode, Mysky, Saferpay, etc.).
• Fluent in English and German and/or French, both spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of international charter operations: permits, customs, Part 91/135/129, CAT II, and typical operational constraints.
• Strong commercial instincts: negotiation skills, pricing discipline, and the ability to protect margin under pressure.
• Comfortable working shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Swiss or EU/EEA work authorization (no sponsorship available).

What sets a strong candidate apart

• Existing relationships with brokers, operators, or repeat charter clients.
• Experience managing a mixed fleet ranging from light to ultra long-range aircraft.
• A track record of upselling or improving margin on existing accounts.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to evaluate complex situations, anticipate potential issues and make well-considered decisions within tight timeframes.
