Candidate’s prerequisites


  • EASA‐FCL CPL with Frozen ATPL or ATPL
  • Valid EASA‐MED class 1 medical certificate
  • Current PC-24 type rating an advantage
  • Total time: 2500 hours min, MPO: 500 hrs min
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Swiss or EU/EAA
  • Living within 60 min of Geneva

Job description


  • Issue short and medium-term maintenance schedule and forecast
  • Ensure all maintenance is conducted in compliance with regulatory, manufacturers and company policies
  • Develop and control aircraft/fleet Minimum Equipment List
  • Develop and control Aircraft Maintenance Programs
  • Control, monitor on a regular basis and implement AD’s raised against airframe, engines and appliance
  • Control, assess and implement airframe, engines and appliance SB’s
  • Liaise with OEM manufacturers and maintenance providers
  • Ensure records keeping in conformity with published rules


Candidate’s profile and prerequisites


  • Knowledge of EASA regulations, in particular Part-M / Part-CAMO / Part 145
  • Holder of a Part 66 license or benefitting from at least 2 years of CAMO experience
  • Previous experience on Bombardier Global series and/or Dassault Falcon aircraft will be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and consistent positive attitude
  • Flexible, with a can-do attitude
  • Strong command of MS Office and Adobe application
  • Talent for work organization and planning
  • Utmost care in records’ keeping (technical files)
  • French native speaker with a good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Swiss or holder of a valid work permit for Switzerland

Albinati Aeronautics SA, a well-established Geneva-based business aviation company, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Flight Dispatcher.

 

Job description

 

Within a small team and on a shift basis (24h/7), the successful candidate will provide highly specialised services, in particular:

  • Produce flight planning, including ETOPS operations, weight and balance, performance
  • Obtain flight permits
  • Calculate fuel
  • Check weather conditions
  • Issue technical crew briefings
  • Maintain operational control and continuous monitoring of all dispatched flights

 

Skills

 

  • Able to read NOTAMs and weather coded messages
  • Familiar with aircraft performance, navigation documentation, monitoring, analysis, and calculation of operational factors (runway performance, weight & balance, ATC preferred route, fuel needs)
  • Fluent in both French and English, including aviation English
  • Good knowledge of aeronautical and flight operations manuals

 

Candidate’s profile

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in an aviation operations (OCC) environment, training according to ICAO Doc 7192-AN/857 would be an asset
  • Computer literate
  • Meticulous with a strong team spirit, flexible and with excellent communication skills
  • Swiss or holder of a valid work permit for Switzerland
  • Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

Candidate’s pre-requisites

                   

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate aviation with owner’s families and charter operations
  • Hospitality, culinary or restaurant management school diploma or equivalent                        
  • Fluent in English and French 
  • Discreet, flexible and well organised 
  • Strong attention to detail and high reactivity are required for this position
  • Able to work with high-demanding clients whilst capable of remaining calm in stressful situations


Main tasks

                        

  • Responsible for cabin safety
  • Five stars in-flight service (meals, beverage, assist with entertainment systems, etc.)
  • Responsible for catering, menus proposals and amenities
  • Prepare, maintain an manage the cabin environment
  • Stock supply and inventory management
