An 80% - 100% position with an entry into service on the 1st of June 2023.


Job description


Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Cost control 
  • Rebilling and dispatch of aircraft operational expenses
  • Cost data management 
  • Prepare operational yearly budgets when required
  • Liaise with all company’s concerned departments 


Candidate’s profile


  • Quick thinker with a keen interest in numbers
  • Meticulous, rigorous and calm
  • Capable to meet deadlines and able to deliver under pressure
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Fluent in French with excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level is a minimum)
  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position
  • Computer literate, at ease with Excel and MCR accounting software (or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and consistent positive attitude
  • Swiss or EU/EAA

Main tasks include but not limited to:


  • Safety Management System
  • Compliance Monitoring
  • Flight Data Monitoring
  • Operational Risk Management
  • Investigation skills


Candidate’s profile:


  • Has the required qualifications for the position
  • At least 2 years experience in auditing in an AOC
  • Has held or holds an ATPL(A) - Flying duties will not be offered
  • Ability to control and develop manuals and other documents
  • Available for travelling
  • Very good command of Google workspace and Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge of Centrik and Webmanuals
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;  French will be a strong asset
  • Resident in Malta

Job description


Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Fully dedicated to and in charge of a specific operation/customer based on the US East Coast (evening/night shifts)
  • Receive customer’s flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight Operations department
  • Arrange all required additional services
  • Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Make sure that every process is timely completed
  • Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
  • Permanently liaise with customer’s family office/customer’s representatives and company departments


Candidate’s profile and prerequisites


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business aviation (as Customer Service, Sales Executive or operations) is mandatory
  • Highly flexible with working hours, open to work on a 24/7 shift basis if required
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), including aviation terminology, is mandatory; fluency in French would be a great asset
  • Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trust-based relationship with customer/customer’s representatives; positive telephone demeanour
  • Highly reliable
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland
