Albinati Aeronautics, a well-established Geneva-based business aviation company active in the field of charter, management and trade of business aircraft with additional offices in Malta and Italy is seeking to engage a full-time motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to the Crew Training department attracted by the energy and the excellence of our company.

                   

Job description   

Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:


  • Provide effective support to the Crew Training Manager, her Deputy and the department in general
  • Schedule and organise training events and related travels
  • Establish the company's annual training plan for simulator and ground courses
  • Manage, process, track and archive all training documents in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with training organisations, customers, crew members and company’s operational departments on all training related matters
  • Review, approve and process training related invoices;
  • Assist company’s crew members with (i) training issues, (ii) training processes as well as (iii) country entry requirements.


Candidate’s profile

                 

  • Fluent in French with excellent command of spoken and written English (preferably C2 level)
  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position (either within a training or flight operations department)
  • Computer-literate
  • Gifted for work organisation, able to deliver under pressure
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and consistent positive attitude
  • Swiss or EU/EAA

  • Experience in the business aviation domain of minimum 2 years required
  • Hospitality, culinary or restaurant management school diploma or equivalent                        
  • French and English fluent speaker, Italian is an asset
  • Flexible and available for irregular working schedules
  • Able to work with high-demanding clients
  • Aged 28 or more
  • Swiss or EU/EAA

Candidate’s pre-requisites


  • Hospitality / culinary/ restaurant management school or equivalent diploma
  • Vast experience as a flight attendant in business aviation on a worldwide scale
  • Flexibility and availability for irregular working schedules
  • Fluent in French and English 
  • Ability to work with high-demanding clients
  • Aged 28 or more
  • Domiciled in the Geneva area or willing to relocate
  • Swiss citizen or EU/EAA

Job description


Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Receive customers flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight
  • Operations department
  • Arrange additional services upon customers’ requests
  • Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Make sure that every process is timely completed
  • Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
  • Permanently liaise with customers and company departments
  • Whenever required, establish quotes and confirmation of flights

Candidate’s profile


  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Swiss citizen or EU/EAA
  • Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trustworthy relationship with customers; positive telephone demeanour
  • Customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation
  • Flexible with working hours, willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis
  • Previous experience in the service industry with high-end clientele is a must
