Job description

Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Receive customers flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight
  • Operations department
  • Arrange additional services upon customers’ requests
  • Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Make sure that every process is timely completed
  • Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
  • Permanently liaise with customers and company departments
  • Whenever required, establish quotes and confirmation of flights

Candidate’s profile

  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Swiss citizen or EU/EAA
  • Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trustworthy relationship with customers; positive telephone demeanour
  • Customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation
  • Flexible with working hours, willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis
  • Previous experience in the service industry with high-end clientele is a must
