Our company holds both a Swiss and a Maltese Air Operator Certificate. Also, as an approved IS-BAO operator (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations) and regularly audited since its obtention in 2009, we are entitled to operate private aicraft, in particular those registered in Bermuda and in the Cayman Islands.

Ensuring that compliance with applicable civil aviation regulations and manufacturers recommendations as well as airworthiness directives are always met;
Performing technical inspections of aircraft;
Coordinating and monitoring all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and ensuring it is carried out only by approved maintenance centres in accordance with the approved maintenance programs;
Accurate costs analysis and control;
Renewal of Airworthiness Certificate;
Reviewing, filing and safekeeping of all technical records.
These services are also available to private operators.
As of 25th of August 2016, all non-commercial operators of complex aircraft that have their principal place of business or residence in EASA Member States have to comply with Part-NCC, a new European regulation aiming to bring the safety level of non-commercial operations closer to the standards applicable to commercial airlines.
