Job description
Within a small team, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Receive customers flight requests and treat them with meticulous attention jointly with the Flight
- Operations department
- Arrange additional services upon customers’ requests
- Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Make sure that every process is timely completed
- Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services
- Permanently liaise with customers and company departments
- Whenever required, establish quotes and confirmation of flights
Candidate’s profile
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Swiss citizen or EU/EAA
- Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trustworthy relationship with customers; positive telephone demeanour
- Customer-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation
- Flexible with working hours, willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis
- Previous experience in the service industry with high-end clientele is a must
