Albinati Aeronautics and The Visa Waiver Program

Should you need to fly to the United States of America for leisure or business purposes while realising that you do not have a valid visa to enter the country? This would be an excellent reason to choose to fly with one of Albinati Aeronautics’ business jets.

Indeed, we are a Visa Waiver Program (VWP) approved operator since 2009. This specific program allows citizens of participating countries who meet all the requirements to travel to the USA, either for leisure or business during a maximum period of 90 days, without the need of an entry visa. It is important to underline that travellers must be both eligible to use the VWP and have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel. 

Along the same lines of customer service, Albinati Aeronautics also holds a FAR Part 129 approval from the U.S. Department of Transportation which entitles those specifically approved foreign business carriers to perform commercial charter services to, within and from the United States.

The combination of the two features makes it particularly attractive for travellers to the USA to fly with one of Albinati Aeronautics’ business jets. You will no longer need to care for the validity of your visa and we will fly you as close as possible to your final destination within the United States.

 Each Traveller needs to obtain prior authorization under ESTA
To be eligible for the VWP, you need to be granted an authorization by the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to boarding a U.S. bound air or sea carrier. ESTA is the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) automated web-based system which determines eligibility to travel for leisure or business to the United States without a visa. 

 Travel on an Approved Carrier only
Entrance into the U.S. territory, either by air or by sea, should be on an approved air or sea carrier, like Albinati Aeronautics. Also, you will need to hold a round trip ticket indicating return passage to a country outside the United States.

 Previous Compliance and No Prior Visa Ineligibilities
If you have been granted a U.S. visa before or you have previously travelled to the USA either under the VWP or another status, you must have complied with the conditions of previous admissions to the USA, and you mustn’t have previously been found ineligible for a U.S. visa.

 The Passport
Your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months after your planned departure from the USA (unless exempted by country-specific agreements). Each member of your family, including infants and children, needs to hold his/her own passport.
